The Classic Thai soup made easily with our SOS Tom Yum paste
Ingredients

4 Broccoli florets
-
4 Sliced baby corn
-
4 Sliced button mushrooms
-
1 Small bowl of chopped cabbage
-
1 Cup water
-
2 Heaped tsps of SOS Tom yum paste
-
1 tbsp coconut milk (optional)
-
1 tsp lime juice
-
½ tsp salt
-
Fresh coriander for garnish
Directions
Boil the water and add the SOS Tom yum paste
Add in the veggies and let simmer to 3 to 4 mins
Add in the coconut milk (optional)
Add salt, lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander
Recipe Note
One of our favourite recipes! You can replace the veggies with 150g chicken, tofu or prawns. Serve with rice or noodles.
