Fried rice jazzed up with the SOS Tom Yum paste
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tsp SOS Tom yum paste
- 4 sliced mushrooms
- 2 baby corn
- 1/2 carrot
-
1 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 cup boiled rice
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice for garnish
- Coriander for garnish
- Cucumber for garnish
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Sauté the SOS Tom Yum paste in the pan for a couple of seconds.
Add in the sliced mushrooms, sliced baby-corns, sliced carrot and sauté till half done.
Add in the coconut milk.
Mix in the boiled rice stir fry for a couple of minutes.
Add salt to taste and garnish with lemon juice, coriander and cucumber.
