Crunchy, tangy, and packed with bold flavour, Tom Yum Flavoured Cashews bring a delicious Thai-inspired twist to snacking. Infused with our signature SOS Tom Yum Paste these cashews are the perfect snack!
Ingredients

100g cashews (raw)
- 2 tsps SOS Pat Pong

1 tsp oil
-
2 tsps lemon juice
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread onto a baking tray.
Bake at 180ºC for 10mins and then rotate the tray and bake for another 5 min.
Recipe Note
Use whole unsalted cashews for this recipe. If using roasted cashews then reduce the roasting time by half. You can use the nuts of your choice.
