SOS Thai Yellow Curry - 2 heaped tbsp

200g salmon fillet

4 tbsp or 60ml coconut cream

4 sliced baby corn

½ glass or 70ml water

2 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt

Cilantro for garnish
Directions
Heat oil in a pot
Add the yellow curry paste and saute for a min
Cut the salmon in 4 pieces and add to the pot
Add water
Add in the baby corn
Now add the coconut milk
Cover and cook till the salmon is cooked through
Add the salt
Garnish with lemon juice and coriander
