Recipe Note
Pro Tip: The best potatoes for home fries are waxy or all-purpose potatoes that hold their shape while crisping up nicely. Ideal choices include - yukon gold, russet potatoes, red potatoes and fingerling potatoes. For the crispiest home fries, parboil the potatoes first to soften the insides before pan-frying.
Pair it with eggs for a perfect breakfast or top with avocado for a delicious twist!
