The perfect vegetarian appetiser or main dish
Ingredients
- 250g cottage cheese/paneer
-
2 tbsps SOS Harissa
-
1 capsicum (bell pepper)
-
1 large onion
-
2 tsp olive oil
Directions
Cut the paneer and capsicum into 1inch cubes, quarter and separate the onion petals and keep aside
Thread a paneer cube, capsicum cube, an onion petal onto a skewer. Repeat
Repeat the process to make more skewers. Makes approx. 6 skewers
Brush olive oil on a grill, baste the skewers with SOS Harissa and lay on the grill to cook
Turn the skewers every 2min to cook the veggies & paneer on all sides
Serve hot with a dash of lime
Recipe Note
If you don't have a grill you can do the same in a pan or in the air fryer. Don't have skewers - don't worry. Just toss the paneer and veggies in the harissa and put in the air fryer or saute in the pan.
