Our SOS Harissa Chicken & Potatoes is a mouthwatering one-pan dish that combines juicy Harissa-marinated chicken, crispy roasted potatoes, and hearty vegetables—all baked and infused with the spicy goodness of SOS Harissa sauce!
Ingredients
- 2 Whole chicken legs, skin on
- 2 Big potatoes
- 1 Big onion
- 6 tsp SOS Marrakesh - Harissa
- 1 tbsp cooking cream
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Dried parsley
Directions
Make cuts in the chicken legs to let the marinade in & reduce cooking time.
Chop the veggies into big cubes.
Mix the cooking cream & SOS Marrakesh.
Butter a baking dish & layer the veggies & then the chicken on top.
Season with salt & dried parsley.
Drizzle the olive oil on the chicken & veggies.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40min or until done.
