Craving a crunchy, spicy snack with a bold twist? Our Buffalo Chicken Wontons with SOS Harissa take the classic buffalo chicken filling and amp up the heat by swapping out traditional hot sauce for our smoky, flavorful SOS Harissa sauce. These crispy, golden wontons are packed with juicy chicken, creamy cheese, and a perfect level of spice. Ideal for game nights.
Ingredients

100g roast chicken (store bought)
- 20g grated cheese

20g cream cheese
- 2 sprigs of diced spring onion
- 1/4 diced capsicum
- 12 wanton wrappers

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp SOS Harissa
- 1 sprig of spring onion for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 180*C
- Spray a muffin tray with oil
- Put in 2 wanton wrappers in each muffin mould
- Bake for 3 to 4 min or till the wrappers crisp up and get golden edges
Meanwhile in a bowl mix the roast chicken with capsicum, spring onion, cream cheese and SOS Harissa
- Fill the baked wanton wrappers moulds with the chicken mixture and top up each with grated cheese
- Return the muffin tray back to the oven for another 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese melts
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped spring onion before serving
- Makes 6 wantons
Recipe Note
These are best served warm with a drizzle of ranch dressing.
