Gooey Cheesy Spicy 'n' easy to make arancini balls
Ingredients
- 200g Arborio or leftover rice
-
100g Cheese grated
-
3 tsps SOS Harissa
-
20 Green pitted olives
-
1 Egg
-
100g Breadcrumbs
-
2 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
Mix together rice, cheese, olives and SOS Harissa in a bowl
Beat one egg in a bowl
Lay breadcrumbs on a plate
Make balls of the rice mix. Coat them with the egg. Then roll them in the breadcrumbs. Makes about 6 balls
Pan fry the balls in the olive oil till they brown on all sides
Remove from oil and serve hot!
Recipe Note
Serve this with a spicy dipping sauce or spicy mayo. You can opt to air fry the arancini balls as well. Just brush with a little olive oil.
