Firm Tofu - 400G

Cooking Oil - 20G

SOS Thai Green Curry Paste - 2 Table Spoons (approx 30G)

Broccoli or Cauliflower - 5 Florets (approx 50G)

Baby Corn - 5 (approx 60G)

Water ½ Cup (120ml)

Coconut Milk 1 Cup (226G)

Lime Juice 1 Teaspoon (5G)

Salt to taste
Directions
Stir fry the tofu cubes in the olive oil till golden brown. (Keep aside)
Stir fry the SOS Thai green curry paste in the same pan
Add in the tofu cubes, sliced baby corn, broccoli florets
Add water and let simmer till vegetables are half done (5 Min)
Add in the coconut milk and let simmer for 2 mins
Add lemon juice (and Salt to taste)
Serve with rice or on its own
