All you need is just 4 easy-to-find ingredients and less than 15 minutes to make this incredibly tasty and spicy dip. SOS Harissa paste gives it a kick of heat.
Ingredients

1 medium-sized eggplants

2 tbsp cream cheese (light)

3 tsps SOS Harissa
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- Pinch of red chilli powder
- Pinch of dried Basil
Directions
Grill the eggplants over a gas stove flame until the eggplants are fully charred and soft on the inside. Peel the eggplants
Place the peeled eggplants, cream cheese, SOS Harissa, lemon juice into a food processor & blitz until the mixture is smooth
Drizzle olive oil, red chilli powder & dried Basil & serve with slices of toasted bread
