Tender lamb mince is simmered in a our Harissa sauce infused, creating a savory dish that's packed with flavor. Ingredients

Lamb mince 200g

Pappardelle 150g (uncooked)

Half Onion chopped

Garlic cloves 2

SOS Harissa 100g

Parmesan cheese 25g

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pan
Sauté the grated garlic and chopped onion till translucent
Add the mince and brown it
Add in the jar of SOS Harissa
Boil pasta and drain. Retain some of the pasta water
Add the pasta to the pan, mix well, add salt to taste
Add in some of the saved pasta water if needed
Sprinkle the grated parmesean
Recipe Note
A few tips: Brown the lamb. When adding the lamb to the saucepan, let it cook for a few minutes to develop a light crust before stirring it. This enhances the flavor in the pan.
Always save the pasta water for the sauce. Before draining the pasta, reserve a cup of the starchy water to stir into the sauce just before the pasta finishes cooking.
